Every trip with us is private and planned together with you, so we agree on the cancellation terms of your trip by email before you book. You will find them, in writing, in your booking confirmation.
Your deposit
We confirm your booking when we receive your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, because we use it to reserve your guide, driver, hotels and other services on your behalf.
If you cancel
Please tell us in writing, by email. Any refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit follows the terms we agreed with you for your trip.
If we cancel
If we must cancel a service, we will offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid for that service.
Weather and events beyond our control
Some activities depend on weather or official decisions. If they cannot run, we propose an alternative.
