This policy explains how Turkey Your Way handles your personal data when you visit this website, write to us or travel with us. The data controller is Marino Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. We follow the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you write to us through the request form, by email or on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, travel dates, number of travelers and your message. When you book a trip we may also need details such as passport names for tickets and hotels.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, to plan and run your trip, and to keep the records the law requires of a travel agency. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
How the request form works
Requests sent through our website form are emailed to our team ([email protected]) and kept in a private list on our website that only our team can see. We delete them 24 months after your trip, or sooner if you ask.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy. We use them only to answer you and plan your trip.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to deliver your trip, such as guides, drivers, hotels, ticket offices and stadium or museum ticketing systems, and only the data each of them needs. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep request emails for as long as we need them to answer and plan your trip, and booking records for as long as Turkish law requires travel agencies to keep them, and then delete them. Requests sent through our website form are deleted 24 months after your trip, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask whether we process your data, see it, have it corrected or deleted, learn who we shared it with, and object to its use.
