Right of withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.
Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye are competent for disputes.
