Turkish Grand Prix Weekend

On the first Friday of October 2027, Formula 1 cars are back on the hills at Akfırat, east of Istanbul. Your morning starts with breakfast by the Bosphorus. Your car is waiting at the hotel door, and about an hour later you take your seat at Istanbul Park. This is your Turkish Grand Prix weekend, planned and arranged by us, with the race and the city in one private trip.

The Turkish Grand Prix Weekend, Day by Day

• Thursday, September 30: arrival, meet and greet at the airport and the drive to your hotel
• Friday, October 1: Practice 1 and Practice 2
• Saturday, October 2: Practice 3 and qualifying
• Sunday, October 3: the Turkish Grand Prix
• Monday, October 4: your flight home, or on to Cappadocia

The race is round 17 of the 2027 season. Formula 1 has not yet published the session times, so we set your morning departures once it does.

Your Seats at Istanbul Park

We arrange your grandstand or hospitality tickets for the three days. The stand outside Turn 8 looks onto the long, fast left-hander that drops downhill over several apexes. At the entry to Turn 12, the stand faces one of the circuit’s overtaking spots. If you prefer hospitality, tell us how you want to spend the race days, and we build the weekend around it. A Palace Hotel and a Car at Your Door

When you land, our VIP airport assistance meets you and takes you through to your car. For the four nights, we suggest a palace hotel on the water, such as Çırağan Palace Kempinski or Four Seasons Bosphorus, and book the one you choose.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a private car with driver takes you from the hotel to Akfırat and brings you back after the last session. If you would rather fly to the circuit, ask us about a helicopter transfer.

Add a Yacht, Sultanahmet or Cappadocia

The evening before or after the race, a yacht with crew takes you along the Bosphorus, past the palaces and the waterside mansions.

Arrive a day early, and your own guide in Istanbul shows you Sultanahmet. You walk from Hagia Sophia to the Blue Mosque and on to the square of the old Hippodrome.

After the checkered flag, a short flight takes you to Cappadocia. At dawn, a balloon flight lifts you over the valleys. We book your basket with a licensed operator, and balloons fly only when the weather allows.

Turkish Grand Prix Weekends Through 2031

Istanbul Park stays on the Formula 1 calendar from 2027 through 2031 under a five-year agreement. So if the 2027 race does not suit your calendar, we plan the weekend for a later year.
